bad pun + fetus may SEEM like a great idea. but it just isn't.

The concept can be better executed. You could start with making it smaller on the shirt, and visually relating things more towards the cell phone AND stem cells.

make the cellphone a different color than the background

and make the text say something clever

I really think it is about time I stumbled onto a stem cell shirt.

What if you make the fetus older, like more close to birth. There is a stage where they look almost like cute aliens...dont remember which month.
