thinner whiskers!

.. for sure. Thinner whiskers are the thing.

.. and the colour choices are the best yet..

still wouldn't mind seeing these cat colours on varying shirt colours, like you did in V4..

and as someone else said before, maybe tweak it away from looking like a purely liveTraced photo. Work in an element or two that truly relates your aesthetic. Maybe even introduce a single paw reaching down, to ground the picture.. mm. just a thought.

G'werk.

Thinner whiskers look much better!

Have you decided on this grey absolutely? Or can you play with the colors for the tee?

And if it's not to difficult to do, I would try playing around with the previous options for cat colors with different tee colors.

It's just that the aesthetic that comes from processing (vectorizing) a photograph in the way you have is very familiar, and will likely put people off as it seems too 'filtery'.

people generally react badly to imagery where the filters seem obvious..

If I were you, I'd track down a tutorial or two on working with bezier curves.. and then you can begin to craft your own line work in illustrator...

I agree with kinpossum, you need to put into the work some of your own personality, this could be the way you draw lines or your concepts.
