Very cute, you might even consider having the toppled one open a bit, possibly even with the tiny doll inside fallen out. I agree that it should say "oopsie"

Changed the text and altered the last doll, making it seem like another doll is falling out of it.

I don't think that you need oopsie in there if you made the dolls go diagonally down the shirt

I agree..."oopsie" isn't needed really. But, if you were to keep oopsie in, it needs to be incorporated more into the design. That would be cool if you made some unique font that said oopsie and was curving around the smaller doll that is on it's side.

The colors are great...I am seeing it on a different color shirt tho.

Maybe yellow or blue or something sweeter!
