A termite take on Godzilla.



In the same way that Gojira invades Tokyo and destroys the city, Anteaters lay ruin to the huge metropolis's that are termite mounds.



In the final design there will be many more termites fleeing the anteater.



But, i'm not sure weather to make the whole design a little more fantasy like by making the termite structures more city like, with signs, windows etc.



Also need thoughts on what to call the design - Terra Terror? Antzilla?



What are your thoughts on adding all the text to give it a kind of movie poster quality?

don't make it into a movie poster! I like the look of the termite city. This has a lot of potential. Look forward to seeing it develop.

no text, it's one of those things thats really hard to get right.... people moan like crazy about type on threadless; good idea though

But is it obvious that its supposed to be godzilla-y?



I kinda toyed with the idea of making the anteater look like a guy in a suit, but it just started to look weird.

The anteater looks great. Dont make him a man in a suit. Just make sure you you get a good 'street-level' ants eye view when you do it, and make the termite mounds look like silhouetted buildings and skyscrapers.

Portrait style with the ants running down the dirt "street" in a scene reminiscent of independence day / godzilla



worms eye view is a must



depth and perspective with ants at diff distances from the viewer running towards us. ( maybe a babycarriage, think zods attack on new york in superman)



like fatheed said, mounds like skyscrapers with dramatic perspective and the anteater looming central above it all in a devastating stance ready to destroy - I can hear the shrieking now.

I think the ants need to be more ant-y. They kinda look like people wearing those headbands with the springy things sticking out of them. But cool idea
