Threadless designers,

My aunt is about 6 months pregnant, and we're trying to design her daughter's nursery!

Her idea: SPACE BATTLE UNICORNS.
You know, space helmet + night sky + shiny armor + unicorns = Awesomesauce.

We want to try and start painting while I'm here in Portland (one more week). I can paint, and doodle, but I certainly can't design a fancy unicorn room all by myself! We need help, and the Threadless community was the first place I thought to ask.

Can anyone help us design something fantastical?

I'm more than willing to ship you some cookies in return! I promise they'll be tasty! :]

*If that's not enough incentive, I'm sure we can work out something better for the chosen design.

I'm looking to buy a new lens for my Nikon D40. Something I could use for portraits, but mostly for concert gigs / bands / low light photography.

Been looking into the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.4G or Nikon AF-S Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G DX Lens

I need something that auto focuses with my camera.. I don't mind manual, but not for shows. That, and I'd probably use it for kids portraits as well. I need a fast lens for those little boogers..

Any suggestions? Does anyone have either of those lenses that could offer some input?

Budget is low.. tryin' for something under $500

My boyfriend decided to quit smoking for his birthday, and I wanted to make him something special..

I found an awesome whiskey jug on Etsy for him to keep all the cash he'll be saving in! The girl was going to etch it for me, but she ran out of blank ones to customize.. So I grabbed a new jar, and some pens that write on glass.

Been browsing the web for graffiti type fonts, but it's late, and I'm getting overwhelmed with choices.

The pens are permanent, so I'd rather have something to look at.. Anybody good at writing fonts?

I'm going on a cruise in November for my friend's birthday, and she wants to make shirts for our trip! We've all been trying to come up with something clever.. but nothing sounds right.

Thought I'd come to you guys for help with a design / slogan.

We've got 3 guys, and at least 6 girls going so far. Trying to come up with something we could all wear, or two shirts that would go together. We were leaning towards something a bit 80s/retro looking..

with a witty quote on it..

Okay. I'm blogging so I don't quit on my Threadcake this year.

I've already baked 18, 8" cakes.. and have more in the oven as I type.
This cake is going to be the death of me.
I have until midnight tomorrow, yes?

ps. I must have adjusted the pictures too much when trying to edit out bad kitchen lighting.. but my monster matched perfectly when I mixed the fondant. Actually, one of the hardest parts was getting him that perfect shade of pastel, yet hot pink.. with a hint of purple. lol

Well, this kept me entertained for 5 minutes :]
