Is it just me, or is the challenge description abit vague?
"Your challenge is to create the new trend!" Okay, so that's er... what, excactly? Anything that's not a: Pirate? Anything that's not a: Ninja? Anything that's not a: Cat playing the piano? Anything that's not a: Zombie? Anything that's not a: Wolf, Tiger, etc.? Okay, well that's pretty much what everyone does already, submitting new and interesting stuff. I'm not sure how this differs from normal, besides not doing the above cliches... Thoughts?
Anyone have any idea how threadless does color seperations? ie:
1) If a design is accepted, what do they want to prep for the press? ie: high resolution pdf, jpg, png or what? 2) Do they use a program or seperate everything into channels in photoshop manually? Thanks, if anyone knows
Okay, I don't get it
New tees on the index page Brand new, right? So how is it that they already have 3 pages of customers wearing the tee? ie: Fossil Fuel http://www.threadless.com/product/567/Fossil_Fuel check out the gallery here: http://www.threadless.com/gallery/567/Fossil_Fuel How is this possible if the tee just came out today?? Threadless is bending the laws of time and space
I've noticed that Theadless uses plasisol inks. If you look at the shirts for sale, they have quotes like: "Good ol' plastisol inks, 5-color screen print, a chino additive for softness".
Why not use Water-Based Inks? They have easier cleanup, less "hand" (heaviness on the shirt), and are more Environmentally Safe...
How many Gals wear Guy tshirts?
For a gal, is wearing a guy tshirt such a big deal? I look around, and it seems alot, if not all, gals on campus are wearing guy fits. Comments pls
That's right. It now takes over 5 minutes to save my file!
I have a very detailed design created completely in adobe illustrator. - Have you experienced this long long save time too? - Is the problem with my ram (1gig), illustrator or some other factor?
At what point following a tee submission do the rights revert back to me?
If Threadless doesn't want my design, there are some I'd like to sell on my own, with free and clear rights to do so. Thing is, how do you know when say no? Threadless goes months before deciding a winner sometimes. Anybody know?
