I have no idea what a budgie is, although I can hazard a guess. The design is definitely well done, but would I wear it? Probably not.

This is a wonderful design, I sent an Australian friend the link and he loved it, and passing it on to his friends. Even if people don't get the pun, this is still an amazing design. I would wear it.
