It's rather close to another submission I saw, but now that I think of it I've seen that woman in lots of other places too so I don't think either of you can claim original art on this. It's like she's the generic Japanese art geisha figure, she pops up everywhere, hehe. I'm curious, where did you find this image?

and to answer your question the woman was adapted from an old piece of 1920's Japanese art, we saw the girl from our college's visual database while taking an art history class

i know i already commented on this design, but it caught my eye again and i must say that your choice of colors is beautiful! that orange with the background/shirt color...magnificent!!!

I like it but I would use more vibrant colours and possibly have the geisha stand upright since they had a certain aura around them.

Brown & orange are my new black & blue. I would love to see it in pink & white, too, though. That's just me. But this one is very beautiful.

Nice concept. I've never seen a cherry tree that droopy, though, and they usually have white blossoms.
