No, I think he/she failed that class. The letterspacing doesn't make sense, it's inconsistent and things are unreadable. What does it say? "Who was watching you?" I don't know. "Who is watching you" makes more sense, I guess that's what it is but the A doesn't look like it's part of watching at all. Also having the letters mixed with is good but I'd keep the words in a readable order, or at least in an order that's not as difficult to read. I also have no clue what the black thing is. A keyhole? That makes more sense for watching, but I just don't know, it's not very clear. The whole thing isn't very clear. Also why is the W way far away from the rest? Looks too loose. The letter forms are interesting, I think you're getting lost in it. Having fun is great but it needs to be tighter. You can still have your play with the letters and make it look interesting, but also stronger and better typographically at the same time. Colors are good though and the statement is fun.
yeah.. I think that O is the most worrying bit. It gets in the way of the whole message. Composition is good tho, if you're not trying to read it. Placement is a little too "different". I know centralized designs get boring on the screen, but there is a reason why most shirts are like that when you actually put em on... I think this works off centre but not so high.
