mj00 on Jun 22 '07 I disagree with gustig, I think this is very well done (especially the way the bark texture implies frowning). That said, I think it would be better if this tree stump had an environment to exist in- either with trees or with other stumps.

Too plain for me and to people complaining about tree's not bleeding it's an abstract design making a statement about deforestation in the world.

I like this one, I think the design is pleasing, it's well done.....not sure why some people get offended! We all bleed with the loss of our natural environment.......I like this, I'd wear it, and I like how it brings out the controversy in people! $5

Aw, this is so cool! Everyone stop saying that "omg trees don't bleed" well of course trees don't bleed, but it's an interesting idea! It's creative, and isn't that what Threadless is all about anyways? I really like it, good art, good job, I'd wear it!!

I understand the concept just looking at it without the title or text on the shirt, so that's a plus. I can't say that about every submission on here, that's for sure. But, I think there's really not enough going on for this to work on a tshirt. It's not that strong of a concept. It's rather boring.

I once chopped down a banksia tree in my back yard. It dripped red blood for an hour. Then a possum who had made his home inside ran away into the bush. The little wattle birds had nowhere to sing either. The whole episode was very regrettable, very regrettable. I need to wear this shirt as a symbol of my shame. It must be printed. It must be my cilice.
