Maybe it's just me, or maybe you meant to do it, but I see a profile view of a face in the sternum. It was the first thing I saw. It also seems a little off somehow, anatomically. I love the idea though.

It seems too high. its very hard to do a thing like this accurately. That being said, pick a body type and do your placement accordingly. Also, the sternum looks weirdly detailed. I keep expecting to find another image hidden in it.

Why has Karnof never been printed yet? His Tetris shirt is by far the best one i have ever seen, and this cute and subtle jokey tee just adds yet another one that goes on my list. I might make a blog about the wonders of karnaf. Plus, his name reminds me of Karnaf the old Nintendo game that i loved for its Russian craziness. So there's that too. 4$

Cool idea, but you need to make sure the positioning is absolutely right, and that the skeleton underneath is as close to accurate as you can get.

i like it but i'm such a stickler about anatomical correctness... (being a nurse and all) ... and the proportions are a bit wonky, as it's been noted already. I'd say that the sternum is placed too far to the left.
