Other than the color of her hair, I think this is a well-executed idea. Red on a natural background might stand out better.

Okay you need to atleast hint to another breast like a curve or something because from a figure drawer's stand point it really does look like she has one boob and the other side is completely flat

So the right boob has two lines under it and the left has none? Her mouth is a little odd... I like it though, kinda Venus from the waves.

haha, she's missing a boob, and the boob that isn't missing looks like it's got a "double chin" going on.
color choice for the hair looks odd in combination with the other colors, and especially in contrast with the blue. the ruffled edges on the purple and pink look a little odd. also, what's the cloak supposed to be surrounding in the lower right? the face could look better with a simpler and smaller mouth, and if you angled the eyes a little. but overall, it's pretty. the purple is, in my opinion, a gorgeous color. |

It looks like a mix of two styles - she is drawn with an outline but her clothes are solid shapes. Subsequently, everything comes off as 2D, there's no hint of dimension to the cloak. The foam appears to go behind her, where the cloak should be but you've left white space and then sort of goes through the cloak to the right.
