Very clever, and the swirlies are cool. Perspective seems a tad stiff, but that doesn't bother as much on the side placement. Don't think you need the little background.

No offense, as I myself am a big fan of shiny things, but if it's diamonds wouldn't a woman be more fitting. unless the message is riches in general, in which case it's appropriate. Just, diamonds seem to be more sought after by girls than guys.
