The child doesn't look that much like a small baby.

I like the idea, but not this design. Hate the skulls. What's with the stars in the kids eyes? Looks like he's been attacked. Is the blood coming out of the eye?
And, agree with QuieroLuz, doesn't look like a baby. |

So negative people. Obviously missed the art direction in this design. The entire design is a metaphor for being born musically talented and ready to rock. The stars for eyes are meant to symbolize being a rock star that bleeds music. The added touch of skulls is to counter balance the softness of the baby and reinstate the rocker status quo.
