I am confused why it is coke zero. Real coke has sugar. If it is supposed to be comical (but you already have the straw/flower joke) then the bird's expression should maybe underline this. Or spit out the drink.

I'd think it is far enough from being a coke can that it'd be fine. That is a ribbon but it isn't the exact Coke ribbon. I'm no expert though. (again, love the design and would buy it in an instant)
