i think its cool! maybe not humorous or witty, but it still looks cool. threadless shouldn't just be abstract and funny shirts! if the artist drew this, i think its very cool!

FRICKINAWESOME on Aug 07 '08 Amazing illo, and even though it looks great as is, this site is primarily for shirts that have some kind of clever or out-there awesome concept, there are plenty of other sites to submit stuff to that are just pretty pictures. I really like this tho, and please keep subbing here!

Lots of shirts on Threadless are simple images...just comes down to if you like the tiger enough to wear it. I like it in orange!

The artistry is great, but it doesn't really offer anything in terms of creativity or something new in the style-- just a (beautiful, of course) plain, ordinary tiger.
For example, there was another tee in the running that was a tiger head, but in watercolor and with wet splashes that made the design unique and stylized, not just a tiger image. This evokes no mood and has no statement. |

This is more of a general comment about the designs I have seen. What's with all the tigers?
For seventhfury: I do like the image, but what gives this shirt an advantage over a shirt with a tiger face that someone could buy from the zoo (other than it would be less expensive)? |
