I'd like a few more random rooms with swimming otters and maybe a plane with otters to balance out the car otters, but nice stuff as always and happy belated birthday!

This is intensely adorable. Makes me think of good times at the Monterey Aquarium, watching the otters. Hehe, even the building reminds me of the old cannery row in Monterey.

I think this would be better with a higher placement, or, as FRICKINAWESOME suggested, putting in a plane or even a helicopter.

This reminds me of Monterey Bay Aquarium. They have a two story sea otter exhibit that actually looks a lot like this.
