There's nothing really going on. I don't like the text or the font. I despise the phrase "This is ____. Your argument is invalid." They could be coloured or better integrated with a different tee colour, right now they feel slapped on. And there isn't really a reason for them to meet. That design with the Doctor and Bill and Ted makes sense because they both travel through time in phone boxes.
