Koolaid man says "OH YEAH!" I like it because it hasa story to go with it. I'm just wondering if people are gonna get it as a shirt. That's my constructive criticism and here's my useless comment: Love it 5$ (I too had a similar experience except with powdered gatorade.

hmm...this one puzzled me at first. until i read ur intro comment. I like it tho. The story behind it is fantabulous.

This is awesome. I would like a little tiny Oh yeah! near the Kool-Aide man though. I usually don't like text, but that would make this even better... you know, the Family Guy/Dane Cook style irony of it all.

It's a little hard to see that the fish is upside down. I think I'd like it better if there was a fish bowl shaped like the Kool-aid Dude with a dead fish in it. Good concept though and I love the story.

i think this would make more sense if i knew who the kool-aid man was... coming from somewhere outside the states, i was extremely confused until i read all the comments and engaged my brain.. apart from that, i like the fish!

it took me a while because of the way it was designed to be able to tell that was the eye of the fish.

I don't think this illustration does your story justice. It looks more as if the fish is hovering or... evaporating.. or somethihng, than dead in a bowl. I like the Idea of a dead fish being floating in a Mr.Koolaid

My fish die even without kool aid, haha.
And I agree with the comment above by Flying Gerbil... it's hard to tell what it is at first, maybe put it in a fish bowl and have a packet of kool aid laying nearby? Other than that, I love the concept and your style. |

You should put the story on the shirt, then resubmit it. Maybe it will get through submission people...and then it would almost definately get through.
You can't get the story from the shirt, which makes it completely unfunny and worthless :( |

i think if you are designing based on a specific story then you need a visual that will "tell" the story... this is too confusing without the back story... and i'm not sure what the pinkish stuff is...

o.O *le gasp!* i knew it!! i knew the kool-aid was evil! the story's awesome as well, it reminds me of something that happened with someone's cat, but i forgot what it was now... can kool-aid kill cats?! ahh!

About my design
When we were younger, my brother added Cherry Kool-Aid mix to our aquarium turning the tank a death-like red and killing all of our finned friends.
